26 year-old Demilola (Demi) Owoseje studied architecture at university and graduated in 2011. What support did you gain from the London Small Business Centre?

I approached London Small Business Centre late 2012 seeking funding to acquire more stock and to develop a more consumer friendly website.

Did you encounter any challenges?

The biggest challenge I faced when setting-up the business was self-belief and accepting that the small profit I was making in the beginning was indeed a sign of success.

As well as working on an e-commerce website, I am working on my marketing strategy to improve consumer awareness.

In the future I hope to design and include my own bespoke furniture range.
