Andrew joined the Nwes team in July 2003 as a Business Advisor working in the Breckland area of Norfolk. Since 2005 he has managed the development of the delivery team across the region during a period of intense growth for Nwes. In his role as Regional Director he is responsible for all aspects of Nwes in the East of England and London.
Andrew had a 17 year career in local business banking. Working in Norfolk predominantly, he has assisted over 2000 new and existing businesses to set up, survive and prosper. He has a particular specialism in childcare businesses through his involvement with the management of a local pre-school.
A keen sports enthusiast, Andrew has yet to come across a sport he doesn’t enjoy!
Michele joined the Nwes team in June 2000 as a part-time Administrator and during the years of Nwes Growth Michele progressed to be part of the Senior Management Team in a variety roles. Currently Michele is Regional Director responsible for Nwes in the East of England and London.
Michele’s career started in the financial industry as a finance underwriter in King’s Lynn. She then moved to the West Midlands to work for one of the largest mortgage companies as an Underwriting Manager. This later took Michele to London for another large banking organisation where she worked as Head of Securitisation.
As a mum to three and now a Grandmother, Michele spends a lot of her time being a taxi driver/party organiser/teacher and general co-ordinator of the family! Michele enjoys socialising with friends and is an avid reader.

Marcelle is Head of Property for Nwes and is responsible for the overall management of all enterprise centres on the property portfolio, assisted by her management team. She joined Nwes in 2007 as Peripatetic Administration Coordinator, based predominantly in the Norfolk and Waveney areas and has held senior and management positions before becoming Operations Manager in Autumn 2014.
Marcelle’s background is predominantly in the logistics sector at junior management level, although she did work in Malta for 4 years as a paralegal in Ship Registration. She has undergone various training courses including Certificate in Leadership, ISO9001 Internal Auditors certification, IOSH Managing Safely.
As well as spending time with the family, Marcelle likes to socialise with friends, holidays in Malta, eat out, and swim.
