The duration of the workshop is likely to be shorter than advertised and may take place over two sessions. Please do not attend the venue.

Corporations  can spend millions on “Branding”. In this workshop you will find out why this is  an effective  marketing  exercise and learn how to apply these same principles to a small business in order to add value and raise awareness. In this all-day workshop you will come away with your own Branding Bible.

It will cover visual branding as well as emotional branding and you will discover that branding is not just a logo!

Part 1 (Morning 3 hrs) will cover the psychological power of branding and will look at case studies of successful and failed brands, explore how taglines and brand storytelling can enhance your message and you will carry out your own brand audit which will identify and strengthen your USP.

Part 2 (Afternoon 3 hrs)  You will learn how to develop your own Brand Mood Board including a colour palette and font family and also look at what makes an effective logo design. You will come away with  a branding asset that can be used to further develop your final brand or help brief another designer.

This free workshop is open to any business or individuals that are enrolled on our Enterprising High Street Programme for retail businesses or owners based in the boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Hackney or Newham.

You will gain most by having access to a laptop computer on the day in order to carry out some brand exercises.
