Enterprise Agency Nwes is delighted to be welcoming HRH The Duke of York to its flagship business centre in West Norfolk.
His Royal Highness, who is a keen supporter of entrepreneurship, will visit the King’s Lynn Innovation Centre on Friday 17 March.
As part of his support for British prosperity, His Royal Highness works to encourage economic growth, and engages with a broad range of organisations who provide programmes and schemes which facilitate the growth of smaller entrepreneurial ventures and companies, including accelerators and incubators. He also has a number of Entrepreneurship Patronages.
The visit to the King’s Lynn Innovation Centre will demonstrate the impact that the vibrant centre, which opened in June 2016, is already having on the local business community, and its potential to support new and growing businesses in West Norfolk for many years to come.
Nwes Chief Executive, Kevin Horne says.
“We are immensely proud of the King’s Lynn Innovation Centre, our flagship building in West Norfolk. It will be a real honour to welcome His Royal Highness, the Duke of York to the centre. We welcome the opportunity to demonstrate the huge amount of support and activity available through Nwes to ensure that start-up and growing businesses in the local area are given every opportunity to flourish.”
KLIC is a landmark building, developed in partnership with New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership and King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council. It is the latest innovation hub to be delivered by Nwes, offering long-awaited state-of-the-art commercial workspace, business support, access to finance, and business events in West Norfolk.
Mr Horne continues. “KLIC has been designed to support the needs of ambitious, innovative businesses looking to grow in the local area, and we are sure that His Royal Highness will be impressed with the services and facilities available, which encourage local businesses and enterprise to grow and thrive.”
