Whether that is a bricks and mortar shop or simply a market stall there are many challenges to making your enterprise successful. Insight gained from the content of the workshop will give you the confidence to overcome these challenges and grow your business into a sustainable and profitable entity.

About the facilitator:
Stuart Balmer has been working as a freelance business adviser for the last 5 years with the NWES group.
Graduating From Kingston University in 1991 with a BA(Hons) in 3D design (Interiors) he worked with architectural practises on commercial retail design before starting an independent fashion label Hunters & Gatherers with his partner in 1992 where he was responsible for brand management among other duties. This operated successfully for over 20 years until sold in 2014. The label was stocked in over 100 boutiques across the world and worn by celebrities of the day including Victoria Beckham, Cat Deeley , Billy Piper and Gerri Halliwell. They had their own retail outlets in Kensington High Street and Carnaby Street.
NB. This workshop is only available to businesses that have been trading for less than 2 years and participants must be residents or run a business in the London Boroughs of Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets
