Bradley Cox and Alex Ingram approached Nwes with the thoughts of growing their business idea in engineering of white goods.  With the help of Lou Cessford, Business Advisor, the Ready for Business programme and Start-up Loan funding, F.A.S.T raced ahead and began trading throughout Essex.

F.A.S.T is a family run service with over 21 years of industry specific experience.  The company was created with the customer’s needs as the focus of the services provided.  Having listened to the local community’s feedback F.A.S.T. provides affordable labour charges at fixed rates with no hidden costs.  All repairs guaranteed and all parts are manufacturer approved.  An extensive stock of spares is maintained to ensure the majority of repairs can be completed in one visit.

Registered as a Gas Safe company with over 21 year experience, Bradley and Alex genuinely care about ensuring appliances run smoothly, ecologically, and cost effectively for as long as possible. 

Even arranging a repair has been made simple – just call and one of the team will talk through with you the problems you are facing. Where possible they will give step-by-step instructions to enable the customer to rectify/repair the problems themselves.  Where this is not a possible option, one of their qualified approved appliance repair engineers will be sent to remedy the fault in person, with the minimum fuss and upheaval to the customer.
