The Nwes Group is looking for a Senior Coordinator to join our Property Team in Lowestoft.
We are looking for an individual with the ability to provide excellent customer service support to users and occupants of the centre. This role is integral to the effective running of our business and will include promoting and marketing the centre to ensure that sales and occupancy targets are achieved.
The role includes health & safety responsibilities, taking ownership for effective running of the centre and general reception & admin duties.
Time management skills are a prerequisite for this role, as you may be working to tight deadlines. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages is essential, to include word, excel and outlook. You must also possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
