Integral to the delivery of our customer service, this front of house position provides a fantastic opportunity to showcase your marketing, selling, customer service and general management skills.
The main duties will include managing reception, assisting tenants and clients, arranging conferences and events and finding innovative ways to increase both occupancy and income within one of our busy business centres.
The role includes health & safety responsibilities, taking ownership for the effective running of the centre and general reception & admin duties.
Time management skills are a prerequisite for this role, as you may be working to tight deadlines. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
A good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages is essential, to include Word, Excel and Outlook. You must also possess excellent communication skills.
