Part time Centre Coordinator - Tilbury

An exciting position has become available for a Centre Coordinator to join our property team in Tilbury. The successful candidate will work 08:30 – 13:30 Monday to Friday and earn £12,720, in addition to 25 days holiday. There will also be the requirement to travel to and work at other Nwes centres.

If you have experience of working in a customer service role, and, have excellent time management and interpersonal skills, this is a perfect opportunity for you.

Main Role Requirements

  • Strong administration experience
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Desire to learn and develop within the role
  • Ability to travel and cover other local sites


Main Role Responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent customer service to all users of the centre
  • Effective day to day running of the centre
  • Proactive on-site facilities management and liaising with contractors
  • Ensuring all centre targets are met
  • Promoting and selling centre units, conference facilities and centre services
  • General reception and administration duties
  • Producing monthly invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Conference and event support
