We are looking for two experienced cleaners to join our property team in Tilbury. The successful candidates will work 10 hours per week (16:30 – 18:30, Monday to Friday) with a salary of £5,980 in addition to 25 days holiday. Additional overtime hours required on an ad hoc basis

Main Role Requirements
- Experience of cleaning commercial space
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong awareness of COSHH and manual handling safety
- Good time management
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
- Ability to work under pressure
Main Role Responsibilities
- Conduct full centre communal cleaning and tenant office cleaning to a high standard, as per the cleaning schedule.
- Carry out facilities checks throughout the communal space, ensuring the centre is kept to a high standard.
- Monitor stock/consumables and liaise with Coordinators for ordering and deliveries.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly deep cleans to a high standard.
- Comply with COSHH risk assessment instructions.
- Keep cleaning cupboards tidy and in line with Health and Safety and FRA requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all users of the centre.
