The Suffolk Enterprise Centre is located within Felaw Maltings on the Ipswich Waterfront.
Felaw Maltings has been central to the life of Ipswich Waterfront for over 100 years. Built in 1904 and 1911, it was in use until right up to 1981, but, by 1984, the site was on the buildings at-risk register. The historic structure has since been refurbished and now Felaw Maltings offers office and meeting accommodation. The fully refurbished building was opened in 2002 by Her Majesty The Queen during her visit to Suffolk with the Duke of Edinburgh.
The Suffolk Enterprise Centre provides 5 floors of fully serviced workspace and meeting facilities including an on site restaurant.
Ipswich Waterfront itself is a central hub for business, leisure and education, playing host to vibrant restaurant and bar scene, thriving residential and commercial development projects and the new University Campus Suffolk, which features some of the most modern facilities in the UK.
