Built specifically to house businesses in the creative industries, Creativexchange cultivates the exchange of ideas and assists fledging businesses to develop and grow. The centre also offers links with a number of training and education institutes, helping tenants turn their ideas into a business reality.
Offering 227sqm (2,241sqft) of affordable leased workspace to new and existing creative businesses, all 14 creative units are available on 'easy-in, easy-out' tenancy terms. Unit sizes range from 12sqm to 26sqm.
The centre also offers meeting and exhibition space available to both tenants and external companies. The 4th floor incorporates a working rooftop garden where tenants and delegates can sit and enjoy the spectacular views of St Neots and mature parklands of the Longsands College campus.
St Neots is part of the major London to Peterborough rail service, providing frequent links with neighbouring counties. St Neots is the largest town in Cambridgeshire and is located in the London-Stansted-Cambridge-Peterborough growth area.
The building is the result of a partnership between Huntingdonshire District Council, Longsands College, the Department for Communities and Local Government and the East of England Development Agency. It has been designed by Cambridge based architects 5th Studio. The centre is managed by NWES Premises.
