NWES Advance Loan Fund

If you are unable to access business finance you may be eligible to apply for a business loan from NWES Advance.

If you have been refused business finance from a bank due to:

  • poor credit history
  • little or no credit history
  • CCJ's against the business or owner's name
  • discharged bankruptcy
  • being at the end of your credit limit...

then you may be eligible to apply for a business loan from NWES Advance.

Loans from NWES Advance are based on relationship management. We look at you and your business rather than your credit score. All loans are assessed on an individual basis.

Typical example of a loan:
Loan amount: £15,000, term 48 months, interest rate 12%, arrangement fee 2% (£300), APR 21.5% (APR is dependant on loan amount and term).

If you need help with your application or with developing a business plan to support it, our team of advisers can help.

The NWES Advance Business Loan is available to existing and start-up businesses within the East of England.

We have been helping new and existing businesses since December 2004 and NWES Advance:

  • is a registered Community Development Finance Institution
  • Exists to bring about positive social and economic change in the East of England (conditions apply).
  • Also complements existing support services provided by NWES and other support agencies within the above areas.
