Having previously been responsible for the Training Team and now a business adviser based at Norwich, Richard has enjoyed working for NWES for nearly seven years.
Background
Richard has a diverse background with experience in Public Transport, Publishing (through newspapers, magazines, directories and the internet), Financial Services and Waste management and Recycling. Prior to joining NWES, Richard offered Training and Management Consultancy to SME’s throughout East Anglia. In addition to being a qualified Adult and Further Education Teacher, Mentor and A1 Assessor, Richard is also a practitioner in psychometric assessment offering MBTI and 16PF as additional toolsets when assisting clients to find employment and develop their strengths and weaknesses and ultimately fulfil their business aims and objectives.
Interests
Richard has a great interest in sport, playing cricket and badminton and more recently, cycling in his spare time. To chill out, Richard has developed his artistic skills and produced work in chalk, pastel, pen, ink and acrylic.
