Property Team

With an experienced staff working in the property sector the NWES Property Team will be able to provide you with expertly managed and prestigious business premises.

The team currently looks after over 250,000sqft of business units consisting of a mix of office, light industrial and creative spaces located across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire. NWES owns some properties, as well as act as a managing agent for others, including community charities and local authorities.

All members of the property team are inducted upon commencement of employment and undergo a full and comprehensive training plan. Team members are also First Aid and Fire Marshall trained and undertake regular refresher courses, and also hold the IOSH Managing Safely Health and Safety qualification.

As well as this overall experience we also have a number of team champions who through their knowledge and expertise champion specific areas relevant to the business such as Health & Safety, Working Procedures, Recycling, Marketing, ICT and Business Rates.
