NWES

About Us

Enterprise agency NWES specializes in helping people turn their business idea into a reality, by offering fully funded professional advice, an excellent start-up business training programme, and a loan fund specifically for anyone who has been refused business credit from a bank.

We also offer training workshops in how to build your self confidence, CV writing and interview skills, plus a range of low cost courses for existing business owners. Our sister company, NWES Property Ltd operates a number of enterprise centres throughout the East of England.

Tenants in NWES Business Premises not only share a wide range of overhead costs, including utilities, office equipment, computer services, high-tech conference and meeting room facilities, but also receptionist services including meeting and greeting clients, telephone communication, mail handling and delivery acceptance.

These services are also available to small businesses taking advantage of NWES Virtual Tenancy.

Evidence shows that small businesses who have taken advantage of either our business advice, business training programme or the facilities and business mentoring available to tenants of our Business premises are over 80% more likely to remain in business longer than three years.

NWES was originally set up in 1982 to help combat the effects of large scale redundancies in Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. Influential figures from both the private and public sectors were brought together as unpaid directors to regenerate the community by encouraging entrepreneurship.
